I am recently graduating grad school and starting work as a pharmacist. Is there a way for me to get started with the least amount of down payment and actually recieve a loan? or is it impossible at this point?
Thank you for the inquiry. Current loan guideline asks for at least 20% downpayment. You also need to prove financial ability to pay the monthly mortgage based on loan amount. The mortgage only cannot exceed 31% of your gross income. Total personal debt that includes property tax, credit card payment, etc cannot exceed 55% of gross income. Please consult with loan agent for the detail.
